Isolation Transformer are designed to obtain the isolation between incoming power supply and a powered circuit or powered equipment for the security purpose.

Machine or equipment can be isolated from the rest of the electrical installation with the help of the isolation transformer, so power loss can be avoided during installation fault

An isolation transformer can be used to create a star point in grids that do not have such a point, It can be used in sensitive equipment, to provide an isolated neutral ground

Switching of electrical utilities in Industrial & Commercial environment generates spikes & high frequency power line Noises. The spikes can cause the failure of thyristors, Micro-processors, or another active electronic device. The high frequency noises can interfere with Digital-Electronic equipment causing data corruption, erratic behavior, loss of memory etc.

A M Power Isolation Transformer eliminates such noises & attenuates the spikes to negligible values, providing complete protection against such electrical disturbances
